After going down over the weekend, Fortnite has finally come back in a brand new chapter with version 11.0. Fortnite Chapter 2 – Season 1 has just started rolling out on all platforms bringing loads of changes including a brand new island. On iOS, it is a 2.04 GB download after the initial small update on the App Store. The new island has 13 new locations. This major patch also includes new water gameplay, supports, hideouts, and a whole lot more. There’s obviously a brand new Battle Pass and this time, it lets you earn enough to buy the next Battle Pass as well. Watch the Battle Pass trailer below:
Fortnite Chapter 2 adds swimming, fishing, motorboats, and more for water gameplay. Combat has been enhanced with streamlined weapons and upgrading. The Battle Pass for this season lets you earn XP through the match with new medals and in game activities and you can even earn enough V-Bucks to buy the next season’s Battle Pass once you buy the Pass for Season 1 for Fortnite Chapter 2.
