You can order products from Amazon with , thanks to a recent update, but now the online retail giant has gone a step further by baking in deals and having Alexa serve as your news digest. There are a bunch of deals available in the run up to Prime Day, and when July 12 hits you'll be able to ask "Alexa, what are your Prime Day deals?" to be informed on what you can save.
And if you're an Echo owner and , Amazon will give you a $10 discount on orders above $20 when you shop now through July 12. As well as savings, Alexa can also relay a personalized lineup of updates from various configured news sources. The feature, titled Flash Briefing, will allow you to ask Alexa what your Flash Briefing is for the day. There are even some handy daily tips on how to get more out of Alexa.
