We have some exciting news for Galaxy Z Fold 4 fans! Samsung has just started inviting Galaxy Z Fold 4 users to a new beta test in South Korea. It’s not the Android 14-based One UI 6.0 update that we’re all eagerly waiting for, but it is an update that will likely remain exclusive to Samsung’s foldable and possibly select Galaxy tablets.
In short, Samsung has opened a beta program for One UI 5.1.1 for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 in South Korea (via ). Like last year, the company appears to have planned an x.1.1 One UI update for its foldables. And again, similar to last year, this x.1.1 update may be limited in reach once it exits beta stages.
What’s different from last year is that Samsung didn’t have a beta program for One UI 4.1.1. But now, it does for One UI 5.1.1.
This is a developing story…
