Samsung’s mobile photography app for professionals, , is about to get a couple of important updates over the next several weeks. The company confirmed through the official Community Forums that more pro-grade features are coming to Expert RAW in October. Furthermore, the Community Manager also revealed a new release timeframe for Galaxy Note 20 customers.
The Galaxy Note 20 should’ve had Expert RAW by now, but the original schedule had to be redrawn due to technical issues. The release of Expert RAW got delayed to H2 2022, and now the that the Galaxy Note 20 should get access to Expert RAW by the end of September.
Presumably, once it launches, Expert RAW will be available exclusively for the model, as the standard variant lacks the necessary camera hardware to make use of the app’s pro-grade photography tools.
