being one of the latest additions. Indeed, the Galaxy A30s is now getting a new update that pushes the firmware version to A307FNXXU2BTE4 and brings the June 2020 security patch along with it. The firmware update is rolling out to the Galaxy A30s, model number SM-A307FN in Israel, but many other markets are bound to get the update soon. According to Samsung’s own changelog, the package shouldn’t include any newer functions or features, and this should be just a regular security patch, despite the firmware version suggesting otherwise. Even so, the June 2020 security patch should fix a variety of vulnerabilities affecting the Galaxy A30s software from Android OS to Samsung’s own proprietary launcher.

To grab the latest June update, tap the notification when it arrives or open Settings on the Galaxy A30s, navigate to Software update, and tap Download and install. You can circumvent this process by visiting our
