have started getting the July 2023 security update. The new update comes with firmware version S91xUSQS1AWFD and a download size of around 425MB. It is now live on T-Mobile’s network in the US. Going by the firmware version and its size, it seems like just a security update, and users shouldn’t expect to see any new features or performance improvements with the new update.

We expect the South Korean firm to publish its security bulletin for the month of July 2023 within the next few days. The unlocked units in the Galaxy S23 series haven’t received the July 2023 security update yet.

If you have a carrier-locked Galaxy S23 series phone from T-Mobile, you can check for the new update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping Download and install. You can also download the new firmware file from
