Mad Catz wants to turn smartphone and tablet owners into hardcore gamers. The game accessory maker announced it is the first such company of its kind to join the Designed for Samsung (DFS) program. Through the program, Mad Catz will create game controllers and gamepads that it says will be "optimized for Samsung smartphones and tablets."
