It looks like a portion of owners in the U.S. can finally get their hands on . Motorola's Davis Schuster has announced that full deployment has begun for the smartphone for those on Verizon, Sprint, and U.S. Cellular. And in addition, Motorola has started soak testing the update for the Moto X Play in Brazil and India, along with the Moto X Force in Brazil. From Schuster:
This afternoon we have started to fully rollout Android Marshmallow 6.0 on 2015 Moto X Pure Edition (3rd Gen) with the following carriers; Verizon, Sprint and USC.
In addition, we have started the soak test period in Brazil and India retail for the 2015 Moto X Play and in Brazil retail for the 2015 Moto X Force.
So, if you're on Verizon, Sprint, or U.S. Cellular, you should have a sticky treat waiting for you any time now. As for those using the Moto X Pure Edition on AT&T, it looks like you'll have to wait a tad longer. In the meantime, be sure to chime in on our forums at the link below and let us know what you think of the update.
