Once more, Sergeant Knox calls for the greatest heroes of to undertake a perilous voyage towards the fabled peninsula of Chult, and begin the investigation for the origin of this curse. Cryptic Studios and Wizards of the Coast, who publish Dungeons & Dragons, are constantly working in close collaboration to ensure that the tabletop game and the online game develop their storylines in parallel. It allows Dungeons and Dragons fans to experience this massive universe not only with pen and paper, but also in an online video game bringing together more than 15 million players.
Discover the secret entrance to the Tomb of the Nine Gods hidden deep within the Jungles of Chult, an epic dungeon built to attract the bravest and strongest adventurers and lure them to their deaths. No man ever came out alive to reveal its location, traps or secrets. The only hint of those past explorers is a horrifying scream that can sometimes be heard reverberating from the darkest corners of the jungles. Perhaps you’d rather stay in the tavern? Will you dare to explore the area with your friends?
If you are terrified of the wrath of the Nine Gods, you can also hunt the greatest beasts that roam the jungles and the temples of the Soshenstar basin. Volothamp Geddarm, the famous author of Volo’s Guide to Monsters, will introduce you to the local hunters. Facing a mark of the hunt and returning victorious, a trophy in hand, will allow you to uncover secrets about even more ferocious beasts, each guarding unique treasure until you can finally face the King of Spines!
Hunt the beasts of the jungle, delve into the tombs and build a powerful gear combination to tame the dangers of Chult. Each piece has its own very unique power, so choose carefully. There are new crafting resources and recipes, two new fashion sets, a new artifact found in the Dungeon, tribal masks to be located with Chultan treasure maps and even Voodoo dolls! Should you be brave enough, we promise you will not leave empty-handed… if you survive!
