Qualcomm is looking to head into 2016 with a clean slate in China now that the company has signed new patent licensing deals in the country. has reached an agreement with smartphone manufacturers Beijing Tianyu Communication Equipment and Haier Group. The move comes after the company itself was over an antitrust dispute.
