A pair of Galaxy S23 phones was spotted at the FCC a couple of weeks ago, however, the FCC prefers to keep things under wraps. The same can’t be said about TENAA, which posted a fairly complete spec sheet for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. The phone measures 163.4 x 78.1 x 8.9mm and weighs 233g.
