Today, Samsung its biggest Premium Experience Store in India in Hyderabad. The store is spread across 3,500 square feet and is located in the new premium wing of the Inorbit Mall. It will showcase Samsung’s entire ecosystem of products, including smartphones, tablets, wearables, TVs, home appliances, monitors, and premium laptops.
The new store also has a Bespoke DIY Customization Zone where consumers can personalize their phones, tablets, and accessories. There is a unique customization option that offers the theme of Hyderabad. The store is located in an area called Cyberabad, which is the birthplace of the IT and ITES-related ecosystem of the city. It is also the area visited mainly by the Gen Z crowd.
The new Samsung Premium Experience Store will have special offers for the first week after its inauguration. Customers who buy products from this store during the offer period will get 2x the loyalty points (on select products). When they purchase select devices, they can get the for just INR 2,999. Students get a 10% discount on phones, tablets, laptops, and smartwatches. Up to 22.5% cashback and INR 22,000 additional benefits are also offered.
This new store also has a gaming zone that displays the gaming monitor. There is also a digital kiosk that offers access to around 1,200 Samsung products virtually. Customers can order a product from the booth and get it delivered to their homes. and services are also available for buyers. People can also get their Samsung phones serviced at this store.
