Samsung has published the app to the Play Store, allowing those who are able to download and install the app to their smartphone a way to enjoy VR without a headset. This catalogue of content includes 360-degree videos that can be manipulated during playback, much like you would using Streetview on Google Maps.
All you need to do is hit play and then pan your phone around to change the view on-screen. Other platforms and services are already supporting 360-degree content, including the likes of YouTube.
