Samsung has just updated its official in the Play Store. This upgrade give users access to live support, tips/tricks and on-demand answers, which is particularly useful for those who have just switched to a Galaxy-branded device and are finding it a tad difficult to get used to.
The update also brings a plethora of exclusive content and rewards to Samsung+ adoptees. Users will now be able to view personalized offers, discounts on Samsung products and even complimentary ticket giveaways for big events, such as musical performances and movie premieres, from within the app.
To install the update on your smartphone or tablet, open up the Play Store, toggle the hamburger menu by swiping in from the left-hand side of your display, select ‘My Apps’, click on ’Samsung+’, then tap the ‘Update’ button.
