Just in time for Valentine's Day, has introduced a new set of loved-themed Moji, its expressive emoji-like characters. The Skype team went the extra mile for this set of Moji, partnering with the legendary Paul McCartney to add unique musical compositions to these expressions. The sounds were all recorded over a few days at McCartney's studio.

Mojis are completely unique to Skype and feature sound as well as video, giving your chats a whole new personality. Paul genuinely loves Skype and, inspired by our existing Mojis, was excited to lend his voice to the Mojis family. Likewise, we were over the moon to work with Paul, and it was a great creative challenge for us to create the animations to compliment his legendary sound.

The new Mojis will begin rolling out soon to users with the latest version of Skype on Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS.
