With this week’s PlayStation Store releases you can take a trip back to the 90s for some era-accurate gaming nostalgia and eat your way up the food chain as a shark. How’s that for variety.

Pixel Ripped 1995 | Out: Tuesday, 19th May



The Pixel Ripped PS VR series leaps forward a decade for some 90s-set gaming nostalgia. Like its predecessor 1989, 1995 presents a playable homage to the era’s most popular genres, putting you in front of a range of familiar game types to play.

Maneater | Out: Friday 22nd May



Question: who’s a human-eating, ocean-swimming, revenge-seeking machine? Answer: you, in this open world (sea?) adventure. Play a bull shark looking to avenge the death of its mother at the hands of a fisherman. Grow bigger and more lethal as you chomp your way to the top of the oceanic food chain.
