Buzz Zone's synthesizer engine consists of two parts: synthesis and sampling. The synthesis section features oscillators with a variety of classic waveforms or custom wavetables, as well as pitch spacing, unison, FM, AM, ring modulation, FM filters, heavy bass. The samples section allows users to load preset samples or import sounds, and adjust pitch, filtering and level. A built-in vocoder mode turns sample playback into another synthesis engine.
You can mix two sound sources into a single signal and load it with a variety of filtering, modulation and envelope processing. Effects include stereo width control, reverb, chorus, phaser, flanger, distortion, etc. In addition, there is a randomization engine and comes with more than 400 presets created by professional sound designers.
