A new report from The Wall Street Journal mentions a letter sent to US Vice President Mike Pence and several other members of congress from Rulles Vought, the acting director of the Office of Management and Budget. This letter, obtained by the Journal says that the National Defense Authorization Act signed by President Trump - the one that explicitly banned Huawei from doing business with US companies, would result in a "dramatic reduction" of the number of suppliers available to work with the US Government.
