While the smartphones received various camera improvements along with the

in South Korea, the US variants are not receiving those improvements with the new software update. Users are reporting that the camera version before and after the update has remained the same on their phones. Verizon’s website just mentions “performance improvements” in the official changelog.

If you’re a Galaxy S20 5G UW, Galaxy S20+, or a Galaxy S20 Ultra user on Verizon’s network, you might have received the update already. If you haven’t, you can trigger the software update manually by navigating to your phone’s Settings » Software update menu and tapping Download and install.
