Caviar announced four Galaxy Z Fold 4 limited edition models built with exotic materials, including titanium, leather, gold, and even meteorite.
The pretentious smartphone brand is selling 99 Black Rain edition copies and 99 Solar Eclipse variants, as well as 29 Canyon Diablo Galaxy Z Fold 4s, and 29 Golden Meteor Z Fold 4 models. Hardware-wise, they’re all the same and come with 256GB or 512GB of built-in storage.
The differences between these limited edition Galaxy Z Fold 4 models lie in the exterior design, the materials used, and the ostentatious descriptions attached to each model. Take the Black Rain Galaxy Z Fold 4 variant, for example. It has calf leather inserts and titanium decorations sprinkled over a titanium body. And according to Caviar’s , it was designed for “real warrior men and individuals with an inflexible will.” Only 99 copies exist, says Caviar, and each is on sale for $9,610.
Another limited-edition variant is the Solar Eclipse model, featuring 24K gold inserts and titanium. It costs $9,700. Then there’s the Canyon Diablo variant featuring titanium and meteorite inserts and particles. It’s available for $10,830. And last but not least, Caviar is selling 29 copies of the so-called Z Fold 4 Golden Meteor model, featuring jewelry alloy, meteorite particles, and 24k gold plated frames.
Meanwhile, regular foldable smartphone fans who can’t be bothered to care about Caviar’s excentric designs can now the standard Galaxy Z Fold 4 directly from for “only” $1,799 and up. The standard phone is wrapped in Gorilla Glass Victus+ and is available in a handful of color options, including Graygreen, Beige, and Phantom Black.
