After announcing offline in the country last year, Google is now adding functionality in the form of scheduled downloads and improved buffering when a video is paused. Indian customers will be able to set a time for a video to download, allowing them to download videos when on a stable connection. With cellular connectivity still spotty at best in most major cities, the feature will come in handy to those looking to watch YouTube videos on the go.
