How to turn off screen overlay on Samsung Galaxy S8

I was getting the same Screen Overlay error on my android device and then I checked for app which were causing this issue and I found ES File Explorer was causing this issue and hence I force stopped this app whenever I install new app, below site has got all list of apps which are causing this...

You forgot to turn off screen overlay of System App after the step no 4. For some it may work without turning off screen overlay of system apps but for some it may not work. If you didn't get what I mean then you can refer to below official source: https://screenoverlaydetected.com/
