which USB C HUB should I chose?

I want to connect my Dell U2412m, couple of USB A peripherals and the charger but the one if tried ( QacQoc USB C HUB) didnt work. I could either charge or power the Monitor. I tried it with HDMI, Miniport to USB C ... Need your guys help finding the HUB i need :)
