If you’re wondering how to preload the Genshin Impact 4.0 update, there are two ways to do it on mobile. The first is from the title screen where you will see the ‘Pre-install resource package" option. Tapping this will download the data. The second option is tapping the Paimon menu in-game and then selecting the ‘Other’ menu. This gives you the same pre-install option. Tapping this will start the download.
