We are aware some new members to our community are having issues with there accounts requiring approval. This tends to be the case when a account username matches a name of a spam forum username that has spammed in the past on some forums. This issue is only affecting about 1% of sign ups and it most likely doesn’t concern many users.
But if you do appear to me stuck in the approving stage, please use the contact us button at the bottom of every page or email us at [email protected] for us to manually approve it; as most likely will be not approved if there is no contact from the user that wishes to use the site. We hope to get your account working within 2 working hours of receiving your email...
I hope all our members are keeping well; with the current pandemic; i know it is stressful, but we will all get through it!
