Vampire Survivors+ and Temple Run: Legends headline August 2024’s new Apple Arcade games. The former is an App Store Great* while the latter is a new original game for the service. Both games arrive on August 1st, but there’s more planned through the coming weeks with Apple also confirming that Castle Crumble is getting an Apple Vision Pro update on August 29th. Vampire Survivors+ includes the base game and two DLCs. I’ve reached out to poncle to check if the remaining DLC will be arriving later if at all. While Vampire Survivors+ itself is free to play on iOS, it is a great get for the service assuming the remaining DLC is added and it gets cross progression support when that goes live.
Temple Run: Legends is the series’ first level-based runner coming exclusively to Apple Arcade. Alongside these releases, Apple confirmed that Sonic Racing will be adding Rockstar Rouge as the game’s first new character in about a year as far as I’m aware.It will also be getting a new game mode. Hello Kitty Island Adventure will also be celebrating its one year anniversary event through this month.
