The update includes the April 2024 security patch, which brings a for vulnerabilities discovered in the past few months. It doesn't bring the One UI 6.1 update, which is expected to introduce some new features to the foldable phone. You can watch those in our in-depth video below. The update won't bring AI-powered features to the phone, though, as they are limited to the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and newer foldables.

To do that, navigate to Settings » Software update and tap Download and install. Alternatively, you can download the new firmware file and flash it manually using the Odin tool on a computer running Windows OS. Be sure to back up all your data before that.
