Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition [] launched on the App Store a few years ago and it also happens to be the only release from Overhaul Games that was left to be updated for iOS 11. Well the update is here in the form of a massive patch that brings it to version 2.4. This patch has fixes across the board and quite a few useful additions.
There are new portraits, enhancements to party creation, multiplayer fixes, new customization options, and more. One welcome addition is the Story Mode difficulty option which will be great for newcomers to RPGs in general where your character cannot be killed in combat. The full patch notes are available in PDF form which is a lot more detailed than the App Store release notes for obvious reasons.
