Had to flag down a security guy to help jump it and he was nice about it but I felt like an idiot standing there with cables in my work clothes. Anyway the car is a 2018 BMW 520i and I've been putting off replacing the battery for months because honestly I kept forgetting about it until moments like this. and that sounds exactly like what I need, but I've never used a mobile service before so I have no idea what to expect. Do they bring the right battery for your car or do you have to tell them the exact model? How long does the whole thing take? And do they handle the coding thing that BMWs need after a battery swap because I've heard skipping that step can mess things up. I just want someone to show up, swap it, and let me get home without drama. If you've used a mobile battery service before please tell me how it went.
