So I’ve been looking into the whole PHR certification process, and I ran into a bunch of websites and random discussions that talk about services where you can allegedly . Has anyone seen something like this before, or dealt with the offers directly? I’m trying to figure out if those services are actually legit, or if they clearly break the exam policies and the certification rules.
