This issue has now been resolved. Thanks again

We are currently having issues with our staff members logging into the support ticket system. They seem to be having a 20% uptime via certain ISPs, we are currently investigating this and we hope to resolve it as soon as possible.

We expect your email that you send us will take longer for us to respond to, but we will get back to you as soon as possible!

Don't worry, all emails you send to our [email protected] email or the contact form on our site are still being received, we are just having problems with the support team accessing them, so we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.
