I've never seen many threads about this as of recently and have got many questions from friends and people about "How did you so and so item?" This should explain most of it here.
The 3 current duffles that are not normally obtainable: Black open dufflebag, Green Closed dufflebag, Green Open dufflebag.
How would you go about getting them?
