The start of peak (or ‘crazy’, if you prefer) season saw a number of new entries in the charts in September, but the month ultimately belonged to , despite launching in its final week. EA Sports’ footy sim took top spot in both the PS4 and PS3 charts, with also entering both charts at tenth and seventh place, respectively. , the latest expansion to Destiny, fought valiantly but had to settle for second place in the PS4 chart. also entered at number five.
The sole new entry in the PS Vita chart went to , in fourth place.The DLC chart also had only one new entry, with the final Map Pack for taking the top spot.
(For clarity, despite Rise of Iron technically being an add-on, for these charts it is combined with sales of Destiny: The Collection and Destiny: The Collection Upgrade only, and considered a big enough release to justify being included in the PS4 Game chart. This is consistent with how we classified The Taken King.)
