Fortnite has released the latest Hotfix for v19.10, introducing a new healing item to Battle Royale.
Pizza Party
The new Pizza Party Item can be used to restore both health and shields.
"Thanks to the Pizza Pit at Tilted Towers no longer being covered by snow, pizzas are being produced non-stop! Find Pizza Party boxes scattered throughout the Island, then throw one down for an instant feast with the squad. (Literally throw a party.) These boxes of Slurpshroom Pizza contain eight surprisingly nutritious slices — eat them to restore Health and Shield simultaneously 'til you get to 100 Health and 50 Shield."
The Pizza Party boxes can be found in Chests, Supply Drops, Loot Llamas and on the ground. The Tomatohead NPC in Tilted Towers also sells the item for 50 Gold Bars.
Competitive Notes
- The Pizza Party Item is not currently enabled in competitive playlists, however, it is subject to an evaluation period.
- In next week's v19.20 patch, Spider-Man's Mythic Web-Shooters will be adjusted to have 20 shots instead of 80 in competitive playlists. Epic Games hopes this lower count will encourage players to "make more strategic decisions about when to use the item, while retaining the item’s usefulness as a powerful mobility tool".
