The August update is out for both unlocked Galaxy S20 FE units and those on Verizon's network. It can be identified by the build numbers G781U1UESIGXG1 and G781VSQSGHXG1 respectively.

It is available over the air and can be downloaded from the phone's Settings » Software update menu. You can, alternatively,

and install it on the phone using a Windows PC and a USB cable.

We expect the update to go live for other carriers in the US and in other parts of the world over the next few days for both the 5G and LTE variants. The Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and Galaxy S20 Ultra may also get a similar update soon.
