The batteries that will likely be used on the Galaxy S25 Ultra have picked up from India's Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). This comes a couple of weeks after we learned that with the standard Galaxy S25 model.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra batteries sport model numbers EB-BS938ABE and EB-BS938ABY, and that's the only thing we learn from the BIS certificate. The capacities aren't mentioned, which is standard fare for such certifications.
However, we can expect Samsung to stick with a 5,000 mAh battery for the Galaxy S25 Ultra. That capacity is more than enough to handle anything these Ultra handsets are capable of, especially when combined with the highly efficient nature of today's smartphone chips.

While some wild rumors have claimed that Samsung for the Galaxy S25 lineup, the Ultra model could exclusively use a Snapdragon chip in all markets, similar to the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Nothing is certain at this time, though. 2025 is still six months away, so it will be a while before we get a solid picture of what to expect from Samsung's next Galaxy S flagship.
