Samsung has released a new firmware update featuring the September 2020 security patch for two of its very different tablets: the

. Specifically, the latest update is available for the LTE variant of the Galaxy Tab Active Pro and the Wi-Fi-only Galaxy Tab S5e. The updates carry firmware versions T545XXU2BTG3 and T720XXS1BTI3, respectively.

The Galaxy Tab Active Pro LTE is now getting the latest update in Australia and Mexico, whereas the Galaxy Tab S5e is being updated in Colombia, Chile, and Trinidad and Tobago. If you’re eligible for the update you should be able to download it by opening Settings on your tablet, navigating to Software update and tapping Download and install.
