Gionee S9 and S9T clear TENAA; octa-core CPU, 4GB RAM, and dual rear-cameras

A couple of new Gionee smartphones - dubbed S9 and S9T - have been certified by Chinese telecommunication authority TENAA. A quick look at their listings on the agency's website reveals that they are almost same in terms of design and slightly vary in terms of specifications. While the S9 is powered by an octa-core 1.8GHz CPU, the S9T packs in an octa-core 2.0GHz processor.
