Here is a pretty easy one.
Steps
1.Start up or join the Lester setup mission Dead Courier(DDH setup)Or any setup you want the outfit from
2.Select the paramedic team/outfit you like
3.Choose the paramedic outfit(Video says the stethoscope outfit but it will work on all outfits)
4.Once mission starts ignore the ambulance , drive to your apartment(use your Personal Vehicle)
5.When you enter the apartment go to the closest and make a change to the outfit(Mask hat gloves etc)
6.From here exit...
