Good news to all who got excited reading about a few months ago; the game has been submitted to the App Store and the developers are planning for a mid-August release. I'm really looking forward to this one because it looks awesome. Leap of Fate started its life on PC, where it was very well received. It also popped but then went silent for quite a long time. The game brings technomages to the front but also has you fighting against your own psychological demons, which is an interesting idea. You take on hordes of enemies and numerous traps using your abilities and your magical skills.
There's also a very cool randomly-generated skill tree system that lets you upgrade a hundred and more magical skills. And there's a Deck of Fate mechanic that determines the procedurally-generated levels. So, you can see why I'm excited about this one. As long as it plays well on mobile, this is definitely one to keep an eye on if you enjoy either the cyberpunk aesthetic or the furious gameplay and deep customization (or both).
