To celebrate the launch of last week (if you haven’t got your copy yet, what are you waiting for?), we tasked ourselves with finding some of the real-life Nathan Drakes of the world; the type of adventurers who would put anything at stake – even their life – in order to achieve something amazing. Like this, for instance…
In ‘Conquer the Uncharted’, we will follow a few of these fearless individuals as they take inspiration from Drake himself to dive into truly uncharted territory. The first of these was British climber Leo Houlding, who has now become the first person to solo climb Jordan’s iconic 350 metre-high Pillar of Wisdom. To put that in perspective, the giant sandstone structure is even taller than the Eiffel Tower!
