The existence of an Injustice 2, a sequel to Warner Bros. and NetherRealm's 2013 smash hit Injustice: Gods Among Us, was first via some marketing materials back in June of last year. The success of the original game on console and PC, and it's overwhelming success and ability to print money on mobile, pretty much guaranteed that a mobile sequel would be coming, but this past February it was officially confirmed by way of Injustice 2 on mobile in the App Store. Recently NetherRealm announced that Injustice 2 would be launching on mobile on May 11th, just prior to the console release next week. Well, the App Store typically operates a bit offbeat and this case is no different: Injustice 2 [] is now live worldwide in the App Store 2 days ahead of schedule.
I played Injustice 2 pretty extensively during the soft launch, and even on maximizing your energy usage in the game, along with some additional information and tips. Since then the game has been updated and tweaked quite a bit so while I'm not too sure how helpful the guide will be anymore it does still give you a good idea of the various systems at use in the game. If you're familiar with the original Injustice mobile game, the same core concepts are here but it's definitely expanded upon and much more strategic.
