Good Lock users, specifically those who enjoy using the Edge Lighting+ module, will get some love from Samsung once the update rolls out.
Yesterday, the Good Lock moderator on Samsung's confirmed that the basic Edge Lighting feature and Edge Lighting+ have a compatibility issue that Samsung will address in One UI 7.0.
At the moment, Edge Lighting stops working whenever users turn on Edge Lighting+. They can't function side-by-side.
Fortunately, this issue “is scheduled to be improved in One UI 7.0,” confirmed the Good Lock moderator on the forums. Once One UI 7 rolls out, users will be able to combine Edge Lighting and Lighting+ effects without running into compatibility problems.
