For starters, I do not know how to replicate this. I was trying to do the Paladin Godmode glitch when I encountered this.
So, I joined a public game, which was already started. When I entered the game, I spawned at the beginning of the mission and everything looked normal.
I went outside and noticed there are no ATV's. There were no atv's, so I proceeded to run towards the 1st objective.
No enemies spawned, no objectives are shown, it's just an open lobby free to do whatever. Not sure how...
