No video needed, but know that if you turn off your ps4 this goes away.
If you change the time back to normal it will go away
Step 1. Search for a game
Step 2. Immediately activate a double xp token
Step 3. Go to Settings>Date And Time>D&T Settings>Set Manually (Set it back to any time)
Step 4. Check that you have EXTRA double xp
Step 5. Restart App
