Samsung confirmed Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition sales in South Korea will begin at 9 AM on October 25. Prospective buyers can get it through online stores such as KT, U+, and T Direct Shop, as well as and those of the country's three mobile carriers: SK Telecom, KT Corporation, and LG U+.
As for pricing, the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition will go on sale for 2,789,600 won, which translates to roughly $2,036. The device comes with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage as standard.
For reference, the with 512GB of storage (and 12GB of RAM) is available from Samsung's online shop in Korea for 2,388,100 won, which translates to about $1,743.
Samsung mentioned only one color option called Black Shadow. The phone's exterior offers a blend of metal and glass materials and has a stripe pattern.
There was no mention of S Pen support in Samsung's announcement, but once again, we'll find out more about the device and Samsung's release plans soon enough.
