The 38 vulnerabilities that are common to Android devices regardless of brand are all designated high-risk vulnerabilities. The 11 vulnerabilities discovered on Galaxy devices posed either moderate or high risk and could allow attackers to access user data without permission and cause memory corruption and other issues.
The rollout of the November 2024 security update for Galaxy smartphones and tablets on November 4 and will expand to cover more devices throughout this month.
