I know this works 100% of the time for Ps4 but idk about Xbox as I do not own one.

Best Options:Turn the volume up on your tv or monitor
or just wait 30-40 seconds


First step: Hold down your ps button and go to sounds/devices
and hover over turn off device.
Then press circle and close the ps button menu.
Second Step: Go to any job on the map (in the pause menu)
and press your square Button to start the job.
