In the Sound Assistant app, the description of the Reverse Stereo feature reads “Swap the left and right audio outputs for headphones.” The reason that the brand has given for removing it for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and the Galaxy Z Flip 6 is this: “Due to changes in system sound processing methods, stable functionality cannot be guaranteed,” as you can see in the screenshot below.
