The actual brawl is all about the cheap but very powerful legendary Shifter Zerus. Each player gets a random deck consisting of many Shifter Zerus and some random spells from your chosen class. And each player starts with 3 mana.
As you'd expect from a Legendary that transforms into a different minion each turn is in your hand, there's a lot of RNG in ShiftCon. You'll do well if you manage to get some strong minions on curve, and you'll probably lose if you keep getting minions that are too expensive or too situational.
